These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pricey Discord bot, its associated web dashboard, and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by the Pricey team ("we," "us," or "our"). By inviting Pricey to a Discord server, logging into the dashboard, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Pricey is a third-party Discord bot that helps server owners run ticket-based storefronts. It provides tools such as automated purchase tickets, configurable price calculations, panel and embed builders, ticket transcripts, and a web dashboard for configuring these features per server.
Pricey is an independent product and is not created, endorsed, or supported by Discord Inc. Your use of Discord itself remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (currently 13 years old, or higher where required by local law) to use the Service. If you are old enough to use Discord in your country but are still considered a minor there, you should only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, particularly for anything involving payments.
To access the web dashboard you authenticate through Discord's official OAuth2 login. We never see or store your Discord password. Server administrators are responsible for configuring Pricey correctly for their community and for the conduct of their staff and members within tickets created by the bot.
Pricey does not process, hold, transmit, or have access to any funds, and it does not integrate with any payment gateway or processor. Pricey is purely a sales-facilitation and ticket-automation tool: it lets a server owner display their own payment instructions (for example a Nequi phone number, a PayPal email, a crypto wallet address, or a Bancolombia account) inside a private ticket, calculates the price to be paid, and optionally lets staff mark a ticket as "paid" after manually reviewing a proof of payment (such as a screenshot) uploaded by the buyer.
All actual money movement happens entirely outside of Pricey and outside of Discord, directly between the buyer and the seller through the external payment method the seller chose. Pricey is not a party to any transaction, does not verify that a payment has genuinely been received in a bank or wallet, and does not guarantee the delivery of any goods or services purchased through a ticket.
We do not guarantee the legitimacy of any seller or the accuracy of any price calculated by the bot. Disputes about a purchase must be resolved directly between the buyer and the server operating the ticket. We strongly encourage server owners to be transparent about refund and dispute policies before enabling paid features.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any goods, services, or transactions carried out through a ticket comply with applicable law and with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including rules around the sale of prohibited or regulated items.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to the Service for any account, user, or server that violates these Terms.
If you install Pricey on a Discord server, you are responsible for configuring roles, permissions, ticket categories, and payment information correctly. You are also responsible for moderating conduct inside tickets created by the bot and for keeping any staff who can view ticket contents accountable to your own community rules and to applicable law.
The Pricey name, logo, dashboard design, and underlying software are the property of the Pricey team and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative products based on Pricey's branding or codebase without prior written permission, except as permitted by any open-source license under which parts of the project may be released.
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party platforms, including Discord (for authentication, bot functionality, and messaging) and, where configured by a server owner, external payment providers. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of these third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Pricey team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any transaction facilitated through a ticket. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us directly for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including removing the bot from a server or disabling dashboard access, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms or of Discord's own policies. Server owners may remove Pricey from their server at any time through Discord's standard bot management tools.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Pricey is available to users and server owners around the world, and these Terms are not written to favor the exclusive jurisdiction of any single country. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be interpreted according to generally recognized principles of contract law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection, or local law that applies to you and cannot be waived by agreement in your country of residence.
