By inviting Pricey to a Discord server, logging into the web dashboard, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a server or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (currently 13, or higher where local law requires) and comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Pricey is a third-party Discord bot and web dashboard that helps server owners manage ticket-based storefronts. Core features include:
Pricey is an independent product not created, endorsed, or affiliated with Discord Inc.
The web dashboard uses Discord's official OAuth2 login. We receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers where you have administrative permissions. We never see or store your Discord password. Your session is maintained through a secure cookie that expires after seven days.
Server owners are responsible for assigning the correct staff roles and permissions within Discord so that only authorized people can access ticket channels, approve orders, and change bot settings.
Pricey does not process, hold, transmit, or have access to any money. It has no integration with any payment gateway, bank, card network, or cryptocurrency exchange.
Pricey works as follows: the server owner configures their own payment instructions (a PayPal email, a crypto wallet, a Nequi number, and so on) in the dashboard. When a buyer opens a ticket, the bot displays those instructions and the calculated price. The buyer then pays directly to the seller through the external method, returns to the ticket, and submits proof of payment — typically a transaction reference and a screenshot. Staff review the proof and manually approve or reject the order.
All money movement happens entirely outside Pricey and outside Discord, directly between buyer and seller. Pricey does not verify that a payment was actually received. Any disputes about a purchase must be resolved between the buyer and the server operating the ticket. We strongly recommend that server owners publish clear refund and dispute-resolution policies before enabling paid features.
You are responsible for ensuring that anything sold through the Service complies with applicable law and with Discord's policies.
When a buyer opens a ticket, the bot collects information needed to complete the transaction: answers to the server owner's custom questions (text, numbers, image uploads, or Discord user mentions), the selected product or currency amount, chosen payment method, transaction reference, and any screenshot uploaded as proof of payment.
When a ticket is closed, approved, rejected, or refunded, the bot generates a transcript of the conversation and stores it alongside the ticket record. Transcripts are used so that server staff can review past orders and resolve disputes. They are stored on the same infrastructure as all other ticket data, tied to the specific Discord server.
Server staff with access to the ticket channel — and the bot's owner for operational purposes — can view ticket contents. Buyers should be aware that anything they write or upload in a ticket channel may be read by staff and retained in the transcript.
Pricey includes moderation tools that server owners and the bot operator can use:
Moderation decisions made through the dashboard are final for the scope of Pricey. They do not affect a user's Discord account or their access to the server itself — only their ability to open tickets through the bot.
You agree not to:
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or removal from the Service at our discretion.
If you install Pricey on a server, you are responsible for:
Pricey provides the tools. How you use them in your community is your responsibility.
The Pricey name, logo, dashboard design, and source code belong to the Pricey team. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our branding or code without written permission, except as allowed by any open-source license that may apply to parts of the project.
Pricey depends on third-party platforms: Discord for bot operations and authentication, and — where configured by a server owner — external payment providers for the actual transfer of funds. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of these third parties. Your use of Discord is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of buyers, sellers, or staff using tickets created through Pricey.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Pricey team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service — including any transaction conducted through a ticket. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us directly in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service — including removing the bot from a server or disabling dashboard access — at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms or of Discord's policies. Server owners may remove Pricey from their server at any time through Discord's standard bot management.
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
