This Privacy Policy explains how the Pricey team ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you interact with the Pricey Discord bot and its web dashboard (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use Pricey.
We only collect information that is necessary for Pricey to function. Depending on how you use the Service, this may include:

Pricey has no payment processing integration whatsoever. We do not connect to banks, card networks, PayPal, crypto exchanges, or any payment gateway, and we never handle actual funds. Any payment (via Nequi, PayPal, crypto, Bancolombia, or similar) happens entirely outside of Pricey, directly between the buyer and the seller; Pricey only displays the seller's payment instructions and, if a screenshot is uploaded, stores that image so staff can visually confirm the transaction on their own end.
We do not collect your Discord password. Authentication is handled entirely by Discord's own OAuth2 system, and we never see your login credentials.
We do not intentionally collect actual payment card numbers, bank credentials, or crypto wallet private keys. Any payment details visible in a ticket (such as a screenshot of a transfer) are provided voluntarily by users as proof of payment and are visible only to the relevant server's staff and, where applicable, to us for the purpose of operating the Service.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.
Configuration data, panels, and ticket records are stored on the infrastructure that hosts the bot, tied to the specific Discord server (guild) they belong to. This data is kept for as long as it is needed to operate the Service, and it is not automatically deleted when Pricey is removed from a server — the associated files simply stop being used, but they remain on our storage until manually cleaned up.
At this time, we do not offer a self-service or automated tool to permanently erase a server's data. If you contact us to request removal of your data, we will do our best on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee full, immediate, or automatic deletion, since this currently requires manual action rather than an automated system.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share information only in the following limited situations:
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we store, including restricted access to hosting infrastructure and secure session handling for the dashboard. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will respond to reasonable requests on a best-effort, case-by-case basis. Because we do not currently have an automated deletion system, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fully or immediately fulfilled.
The Service is intended for use in accordance with Discord's own minimum age requirements (currently 13 years old, or higher where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will make reasonable efforts to remove it manually as soon as practical.
The web dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you logged in after authenticating with Discord. This cookie is used solely to maintain your session and is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising purposes.
Pricey operates on top of Discord and relies on Discord's platform to function; your use of Discord itself is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Where a server owner configures payment methods (such as Nequi, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or Bancolombia), any actual payment processing happens entirely outside of Pricey, directly between the buyer and the seller through that provider. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of those third-party payment providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
